Job Description Trains the tele-sales team, as required Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of the tele-sales team * Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive * Implements sales strategies * Communicates targets to the team * Develops scripts for use by the tele-sales team * Manages the telesales team * Measures team performance * Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices Encourages and motivates the tele-sales team to achieve their targets * Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Senior Management Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
