Job Description

CHENNAPATNAM FILTER COFFEE

Manage and motivate the telesales team to deliver all the details to clients in a proper way
Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Handle escalated customer queries and concerns professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role within telemarketing environment.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Preferably Multi lingual (Telugu,English ,Hindi and Kannada )
