Team Leader

Role Overview: Looking for an experienced Field Sales Team Leader to manage a FOS (Feet-on-Street) team focused on deploying QR code scanners and swiping machines across petrol pumps. The role demands team leadership, on-ground execution, and merchant onboarding specific to the fuel retail sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of FOS executives for sales in the petrol pump segment Drive deployment of QR codes and POS/swipe machines at fuel stations Build relationships with petrol pump owners and staff to ensure adoption Ensure daily targets and productivity KPIs are met Train and guide field executives on pitch, compliance, and device usage Share daily/weekly performance reports with Cluster Head Ensure proper branding and activation at merchant locations Requirements: 2–5 years of field sales experience Minimum 1 year in a team leader role, preferably in fintech or fuel verticals Strong field management, team leadership, and communication skills Prior experience in working with petrol pumps or retail chains is a plus Local language proficiency and willingness to travel extensively
