Key Responsibilities:
    • Payroll management for multiple D&B entities within India covering 1000+ associates.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, social benefits, and Income Tax, liaise with the PF/ ESI/ Labor administration authorities, upkeep of the statutory records, contractor s administration.
    • Lead HR Onboarding for Senior hires, coordination & handling of all new hires. Managing the Confirmation process for all New Hires.
    • HR Operational responsibilities: Managing all pre-joining formalities and maintaining digital records of employee personnel files.
    • Completing the full and final process of exiting employees.
    • Driving the People Service Center for resolving all HR related queries and ensuring compliance to TAT.
    • Drive operational efficiency through 100% compliance on TAT for various HR processes & Timely submission of HR MIS.
    • Investigate, prioritize and resolve issues and problems in Workday through the Workday analyst role. Analyze and identify obvious and easy to correct process changes to improve performance and align to global processes
    • Recommend and Re-engineer existing processes where appropriate to improve stability, increase flexibility, and reduce total cost.
    • Vendor management for HR Operations: Vendor Onboarding process, examine vendor performance periodically, assist for client invoicing and timely payouts.
    • Periodic review and updating of HR policies
Key Requirements:
    • MBA with 8+ years experience in HR operations, payroll management & MIS
    • Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday/SAP/Oracle etc.
    • Advance excel skills & power BI
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Good organizational & prioritization skills
    • Knowledge of labor laws & govt. regulations
