Team Lead Odoo

As a Team Lead Odoo at our company, you will have the opportunity to utilize your 6 to 8 years of experience in Odoo development to lead a team of developers in Mumbai or Ahmedabad (WFO). Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Odoo Development Team, ensuring efficient project delivery and adherence to high-quality standards. You will play a key role in guiding the team, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices. In this role, you will also be tasked with developing and customizing Odoo solutions to meet client requirements. Your expertise will be essential in designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules such as Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Accounting, as well as handling significant customizations. Additionally, you will engage with international clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and deliver effective Odoo solutions. Managing third-party integrations with Odoo will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring seamless integration of applications to enhance system functionality. Collaboration across various teams, including sales, HR, manufacturing, and accounting, will be crucial for holistic project delivery. Your commitment to staying updated with the latest Odoo developments and industry trends will drive continuous improvement in development practices and project outcomes. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Odoo development, with a strong track record of managing and delivering high-quality projects. Hands-on experience with Odoo default modules and advantageous experience in Odoo Point of Sale (POS) development will be beneficial. Proficiency in Python, extensive knowledge of Odoo's functional aspects, and experience in leading and mentoring a development team are essential requirements. Your ability to work closely with international clients, excellent communication skills, and proactive attitude towards continuous improvement will be key assets in this role.
