Job Description

  • Lead and guide a team of BDEs to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and regular training sessions.
  • Support the team in closing high-value or strategic client deals.
  • Maintain team discipline, attendance, and a high-performance culture.
  • Track daily activities: calls, demos, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and active usage of the communication panel.
  • Build strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
  • Analyze team performance and share insights with senior management.
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage for lead status, follow-ups, and client notes.
  • Train team on objection handling, pitching skills, and competitive positioning.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure, maintaining focus on solutions and achieving targets within tight timelines.
  • Initial months will involve working as an individual contributor to learn product, pitch, and processteam leadership will follow based on performance.
