You should be comfortable in motivating users to invest in their growth. CRM Management : Track pipeline, follow-ups, lead stages with discipline (we use TeleCRM + AiSensy). Weekly Sales Targets : Achieve aggressive monthly revenue goals and push yourself beyond mediocrity. Who You Are Minimum 1–5 years of EdTech, Insurance, Banking, or any high-involvement B2C sales experience. Fluent in English + Hindi or Telugu (bonus if you're strong in all three). Known for hitting sales targets and closing under pressure. Strong on consultative selling —you listen, ask the right questions, and pitch smart. Self-driven, hungry to win , and comfortable being held accountable. Bonus Points If You Have experience selling UpGrad, TimesPro, or HeroVired programs, Imarticus, Great Learning, Scaler, Jaro or any EdTech companies with a consistent proven track record. Worked in a fast-paced startup or aggressive inside sales environment. Understand career psychology of working professionals between 20–35 years.
