Job Description:
•Ansa Preprocessing / Meta post processing skill Mandatory
•Lsdyna Postprocessing , Debugging and Technical skills
•Independently work with client requirements ,Review results ,Prepare reports & suggest with modifications /Suggestions wherever required ,Good understanding mindset to corelate physical tests with CAE working model.
•Have seating load case experience Fmvss207/210 ,Fmvss225 /Luggage retention/ Seat arm moment strength , Seat building technique
•Full vehicle load case setup, Runnable deck preparations, debug and prepare Report - Full frontal ,ODB barrier ,Side pole, MDB pole ,Roof crush FMVSS /IIHS , Slow speed impact , Part581 load cases ,Occupant load cases ,Dummy injuries .
•Seat on body strength Analysis Load case - Bolt failure, Body strength, Weld failure predictions.
•Ansa Preprocessing / Meta post processing skill. Mandatory
•Lsdyna Postprocessing , Debugging and Technical skills
