Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years in Interior Design & Project Execution Salary: Based on experience & skills About the Role: XOLLID is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Head to lead our interior design and project execution department. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record in handling interior projects and be capable of building and managing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage interior projects from design to execution. Develop and mentor a team of designers and site supervisors. Ensure timely and quality delivery of all projects. Coordinate with clients, vendors, factory, and execution team. Monitor budgets, timelines, and design standards. Key Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in residential/commercial interior projects. Strong knowledge in space planning, materials, and execution. Ability to manage a team independently and take ownership of results. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or relevant design software is a plus. Good communication and leadership skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
