The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. The Business Analyst will work closely with our IT team to develop and implement solutions that will enhance our automation solutions and drive business growth. Work Experience Bachelor\u2019s/Master\u2019s degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent Knowledge of Agile Methodology in Frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban Familiarity with ERPs (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power Bi or similar) Strong oral and written communication skills Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and detail-oriented Organizational skills, stakeholder analysis, and risk assessment Resilience, flexibility, and collaboration skills Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Jira Knowledge of ERP(SAP), customs apps, IT/OT Technologies, Network, infrastructure data centre and Analytics. Minimum 8 to 10 years\u2019 experience in manufacturing industry, business partnering and strong understanding of commercial, customer service, distribution business process.
