About the Role:

Responsibilities

• Teach basic subjects like English, Hindi, Math, or General Knowledge to children.
• Use interactive methods like storytelling, drawing, games, or music to make learning fun.
• Motivate students and maintain discipline with kindness.
• Maintain daily attendance and simple progress reports.
• Support students emotionally and create a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Work with your center coordinator and team members to manage group activities.
  

Requirements:

• Passion for teaching and working with children.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
• Class 12 passed or pursuing graduation (any stream).
• Prior teaching experience (not mandatory but a plus).
