The Logical Lamp is an Academy dedicated to educating children aged 3-10 through practical and experimental methods in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Founded by Mrs. Surbhi Bagla and Mr. Gaurav Bagla, the academy focuses on hands-on learning with real-world applications, fostering creativity and problem-solving skills. Inspired by their son's interest in STEM and their visits to international STEM academies, they established the first STEM Education Academy in Kolkata. The Logical Lamp is accredited by the STEM Academy of USA.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging STEM lessons, communicating effectively with students, and providing hands-on training. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting classes, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving skills in young learners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lesson Planning and Education
• Strong Communication and Teaching skills
• Ability to provide effective Training
• Passion for STEM education and hands-on learning methods
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, or a related field
• Experience working with young children is a plus
