Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant based in Jaipur. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks including clerical duties, scheduling appointments, managing phone communications, and providing executive administrative support. Daily tasks also involve maintaining office supplies, preparing reports, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Clerical Skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
