Key Responsibilities

Conduct soft skills and English speaking classes
Facilitate 2-hour daily sessions for students aged 17–25 focused on communication, confidence, personality development, interview preparation, and teamwork
Mentor and guide students by providing one-on-one support, feedback, and motivation to help them overcome hesitation and participate in group discussions and presentations
Implement FEA curriculum by following structured content and using interactive methods like role plays, activities, and real-life examples
Track progress and maintain reports through regular assessments, speaking activities, and internal evaluations while keeping records and submitting student progress reports
Promote a growth environment that encourages discipline, critical thinking, and curiosity among learners from diverse backgrounds
