Taxation Manager

Job Description

Principle Profit requirements : 1. Maintaining accurate tax reconciliation such as TDS, GST outward and inward etc 2. Review and monitor the preparation of monthly GST and TDS working 3. Review and timely and accurately filing of monthly GST Returns such as GSTR-01, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6 4. Preparation and timely filing annual returns for GSTR-9 , GSTR-9C and income tax filing and audits 5. Review and ensure timely filing of quarterly TDS returns, revised returns etc. 6. Preparation of data and timely replies to be submitted before various tax authorities for direct and indirect taxes. 7. Representation before the various tax authorities 8. Work on timely month end & year end book closure 9. Preparation of data to be submitted before statutory and tax auditors 10.Support for any tax assistance raised by the other departments within the company 11.Any other tasks assigned to him wherever required Must : 1. Knowledge of various compliance such as TDS, GST, Tax Audit, GST Audit, FORM 15CA & CB, etc. 2. Organizational and time management skills 3. Enthusiastic and passionate to work 4. Should be a team player and willing to work for extended working hours whenever required 5. CA (must) with 2-3 years of experience into Taxation. Strong knowledge of Indirect Tax (GST) and working knowledge of Direct Tax 6. Having experience of handling a team Should : 1. CA Article ship must be from a renowned firm only 2. Past employment with renowned corporate or Big 5 (Industry preferable) 3. Enthusiastic and passionate to work 4. Capability to deliver in fast growing setup and challenges 5. Impressive interpersonal skills for cross functional exposure and projects 6. High on integrity 7. Position for Mumbai situated candidates only 8.
