Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
Explain company products/services to customers over the phone.
Maintain records of calls and customer information in CRM or Excel.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales.
Resolve customer queries and provide information as requested.
Schedule appointments for the sales team (if applicable).
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (Regional language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry).
Positive attitude and confident telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Age: 18 to 35 years preferred

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Benefits:

Performance bonus
