4- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.

5- Assess candidates' information, including resumes and contact details.

6- Design Job description and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.

7- Lead employer branding initiatives.

8-Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
