Position Overview:

As a Recruiter, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Proactively sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms
Conducting cold calls, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews
Building a pipeline by generating leads from existing candidates
Executing targeted headhunting strategies based on project requirements
Filling open positions efficiently and within defined timelines
Following up with candidates to ensure smooth joining and onboarding
Supporting hiring efforts by meeting recruitment goals consistently

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

A graduate degree or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in recruitment
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
A clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
Strong phone etiquette, persistence, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask accurately
Comfort with handling high-volume recruitment activities
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
