Roles & Responsibilities Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Should be capable of handling customer queries through live chat in real time Ability to manage 3 to 4 chats simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy Eligibility criteria Must have at least 6 months of experience in International chat support Typing speed should be more than 35 WPM with 80+ accuracy Should join immediately No pursuing candidates or serving notice period candidates No leaves for the next 6 months Should be flexible to work as per business requirement ( Night shifts/ Graveyard shifts) Perks & Benefits Transportation provided within 25 km PF & ESI Incentives Work Location - LIB, Kokapet.
