Our Oragadam (Chennai) facility is a strategic production and talent hub. We are looking to onboard a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in hiring across manufacturing functions.Role Summary:As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across the plant and corporate functions, with a special focus on technical, production, engineering, and supply chain roles. You’ll work closely with department heads, HRBPs, and external partners to drive quality hiring and build a high-performance workforce.Key Responsibilities:Own the entire recruitment life cycle: from sourcing to onboarding.Manage hiring for blue-collar, white-collar, and leadership roles in the manufacturing setup.Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning, job requirements, and role priorities.
Use a mix of sourcing channels: job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, social media, and campus hiring.
Conduct screening, assessments, and interview coordination.Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles (R&D, Production, Quality, Maintenance, SCM Maintenance, Operations , Purchase , SCM , ) and leadership positions and strong Stakeholders Management Experience.Ensure timely recruitment TAT, positive candidate experience, and strong onboarding coordination.Maintain ATS/HRMS systems and generate recruitment MIS and dashboards.Liaise with vendors and manpower agencies as required.Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and job fair participation.Candidate Requirements:Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience: 3 to 7 years in recruitment within a manufacturing or industrial company or EMS / Automotive Strong understanding of:Manufacturing job functions (production, Quality, maintenance, EHS, QA/QC SCM , Purchase, Logistics, ) Plant-based hiring, blue-collar sourcing, and shift-based manpower planning Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skillsExposure to onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities is a plus
