Were looking for a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner with proven experience. Youll play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent, supporting Siemens Limiteds growth through strategic and thoughtful recruitment.
 Key Responsibilities  
 1.   Full-Cycle Recruitment  
  • Manage the full hiring process, from intake to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a solid pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Engage active and passive talent through sourcing, referrals, and digital tools.
  • Conduct structured interviews and screenings aligned with role criteria.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout.
     2.   Stakeholder Collaboration  
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
  • Provide insights on hiring trends, candidate behavior, and market benchmarks.
  • Share regular updates and feedback with stakeholders and candidates.
     3.   Data and Insights  
  • Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Share reports and insights with business leaders to drive data-based decisions.
  • Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and hiring impact.
     What Were Looking For  
  • 4"“8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and hire talent across multiple functions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Strategic thinker with excellent planning and prioritization
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
  • Interest in continuous learning and personal development
