Job Description

  • Assisting in conducting performance evaluations for tutors, helping to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of recognition and reward programs to acknowledge and motivate tutors.
  • Helping to manage the tutor community by contributing to a positive, collaborative, and responsive environment.
  • Coordinating logistics and materials for tutor training programs and ensuring they align with company standards.
  • Engaging with tutors to collect feedback, address basic queries, and escalate concerns to the team lead when needed.
  • Assisting in preparing training materials and supporting the creation of training videos to ensure effective knowledge delivery.
  • Designing posters, newsletters, and promotional materials for tutor-related events and initiatives.
  • Contributing ideas and supporting the implementation of strategies to enhance tutor satisfaction and quality.
  • Assisting in data collection and reporting related to the Tutor Net Promoter Score (TNPS) and other performance indicators.
  • Assist the Recruitment Officer in understanding and aligning recruitment strategies with the overall project goals.
  • Support in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for qualified tutors, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Help to develop and implement strategies for improving recruitment methods and staying updated on industry best practices.
  • Respond promptly to urgent requisitions for tutors from projects, demonstrating flexibility and agility in addressing immediate hiring needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Head or management.

    Requirements
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in human resource/ Degree or PG along with any HR course/MBA
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Excellent English communication.
    • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets & Canva.
    • The ability to work as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
