Talent Acquisition Intern

Recykal is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Human Resources department with various administrative and HR-related tasks. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and contribute to initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and improve organizational efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Draft job descriptions and post jobs across various platforms.
• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and prior TA internship experience is plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
