Internship
-Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events. -Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. -Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. -Maintain a strong top-of-the-funnel to ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidates and maximize offer conversions. -Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms. -Conduct reference checks and background screenings if needed. -Participate in building employer branding initiatives -Be a part of team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions. What are we looking for: -Any Bachelor/masters degree Qualification. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hustler and go-getter mindset. -Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. -Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while remaining adaptable to rapid changes. -Able to Source and Schedule Interviews.
