In this role, your primary focus will be on enhancing our candidate experience through meticulous attention to detail and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the interview process, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews and managing candidate feedback. Your ability to stay organized, handle heavy interview scheduling, and provide a positive experience for all candidates will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Posting open positions to job boards and understanding candidate skill sets - Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates - Managing open roles, candidate lists, and status updates - Handling candidate interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment - Coordinating hiring manager interactions and gathering interview feedback - Managing candidate travel arrangements and other recruiting efforts - Ensuring candidate feedback is organized and recorded for review - Tracking and closing out the recruitment process in internal systems - Assisting with various recruiting process functions as needed Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in Administration, Recruiting, or Project Management - Bachelor's Degree - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills; project management experience is a plus - Previous experience in HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition roles - Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and enhancing candidate experiences, we invite you to apply.
