Job Description

The role based in Gurgaon/Bangalore/Mumbai requires you to work closely with key partners, ensuring their alignment with sales objectives and enabling them to effectively sell our software solutions. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue through partner/channel sales, leveraging your expertise in collaboration and strategic planning. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with market sales leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy focused on enhancing customer success through our partner ecosystem. You will align partner sales plays and offerings with Salesforce's go-to-market approach to maximize field impact and drive business growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and executing a partner marketing plan tailored to regional business needs, driving pipeline growth, and establishing territory-specific Annual Contract Value (ACV) plans. Maintaining regular engagement with partner stakeholders, both internally and externally, is crucial to review performance, refine joint strategies, and ensure effective communication regarding ecosystem strategy and outcomes. You will identify partner enablement gaps and work with internal teams to design solutions that enhance partner capability and effectiveness. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in external sales, strategic alliances, or partner management, preferably in high-growth environments across various industries. A strong background in the SaaS/Cloud ecosystem, along with analytical and project management skills, is essential. Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business results and superior stakeholder management skills are also key requirements. Effective communication, interpersonal abilities, and a growth mindset aligned with Salesforce's core values will be critical for this position, as well as substantial experience in alliance roles fostering impactful partner relationships.,
