Job Description

As a Sales Partner Manager at Salesforce, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with sales objectives and successful selling of our software solutions. You will collaborate with market sales leadership to develop and execute strategies for sustained customer success through our partner ecosystem. Working in locations like Gurgaon, Bangalore, or Mumbai, you will align partner sales plays and industry-specific solutions with Salesforce's go-to-market teams to maximize business growth. Your key responsibilities will include crafting a partner marketing plan reflecting ecosystem priorities, developing a territory-specific Annual Contract Value (ACV) plan, and maintaining regular engagement with partner stakeholders to review performance and refine strategies. You will also collaborate with internal teams to drive partner capability and effectiveness, ensuring seamless communication regarding ecosystem strategy and business impact. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in external sales, strategic alliances, or partner management, preferably in high-growth environments. Proven experience in the SaaS/Cloud ecosystem, strong analytical and project management skills, and exceptional stakeholder management abilities are required. You should have a track record of delivering measurable business results and fostering long-term partner relationships.
