Your role will involve strong communication skills, both electronic and in-person, to assist users with technical issues, diagnose problems, and document resolutions. You must excel in troubleshooting, reproducing, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems, with a customer service mindset to address user needs effectively. Knowledge of business operations in a telecommunication service delivery context is crucial. Experience in application administration is required, with familiarity in Oracle products (MSS) being a plus. The role also demands the ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong prioritization skills are necessary to deliver high-quality work on time. Key Responsibilities - User Support & Communication: Provide clear and concise assistance to users facing technical difficulties, electronically and in-person. Document issues and resolutions accurately. - Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Reproduce, diagnose, and resolve technical problems for users promptly. - Customer Service: Maintain strong customer service orientation to address and resolve users" concerns professionally and efficiently. - Business Operations Understanding: Apply knowledge of business operations in telecommunication service delivery to effectively address user issues. - Application Administration: Administer applications and systems, ensuring smooth operation.
