System Architect -PHP, VMware ,Networking

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the system architecture design for scalable and secure infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
  
• Design and manage virtualized environments using

  VMware

  , including provisioning, clustering, and resource optimization.
• Work with Dev and Ops teams to integrate

  PHP-based systems

  into robust and fault-tolerant server environments.
• Architect secure networking solutions, manage firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint policies.
  
• Oversee Linux/Windows server deployments, patching, and monitoring.
  
• Plan and implement disaster recovery, backup strategies, and failover systems.
  
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure system readiness for high-availability and data-intensive applications.
  
• Audit infrastructure, recommend optimizations, and enforce IT policies and security best practices.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 510 years of experience in system architecture or infrastructure design roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of

  PHP-based deployments

  and

  full-stack web environments

  .
• Expertise in

  VMware ESXi/vCenter

  , virtualization concepts, and resource optimization.
• Proven experience in

  firewall configuration

  ,

  network topology

  , and

  secure routing

  .
• Familiarity with tools like pfSense, Fortinet, MikroTik, or similar is an advantage.
  
• Working knowledge of Linux server environments, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, and scripting (Bash/Python).
  
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Certifications like VMware VCP, RHCE, or Cisco CCNA/CCNP are a plus.
