Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to build knowledge and support the team. Participate in Problem Solving discussions. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical issues and ensuring their satisfaction. Troubleshoot system or application problems, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance. Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance your technical skills. Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and procedures.
