Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, supply chain, and industrial teams), coordinate cross-functional activities, and manage sub-system-level stakeholders and deliverables. Youll specifically take care of leading sub-system activities from requirements capture to project completion, but also ensuring compliance with applicable standards and processes. Thorough knowledge on different tools used for capacity management, availability managements. Experience in Asset management & IT Supplier Management. Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies. Should be experienced in handling various IT audits ISO20K, 27K etc Roles and Responsibilities, Installation, Trouble shooting , Managing Endpoints, Managing Physical Server /VM/cloud server, Managing Network devices(Switches / routers / Firewalls. Signature and patch updates in all Endpoints and servers in defined SLA. Preparing Daily / weekly / monthly reports and scheduling meetings and explaining the reports to respective stakeholders. Fixing vulnerability in end points, servers & network devices. Working on AMC renewal process for IT related assets.. Working with core network and server team in fixing issues. Willing to working in 24*5, 24*7 environment. WFO is mandatory. Perparing RCA for any IT related incidents. Taking end-to-End responsibility in the projects provided by IT team.
