Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. The candidate should possess deep expertise in custom development, performance tuning, and integration within SAP systems, preferably including S/4HANA environments. The ideal individual will be capable of leading technical discussions and delivering robust, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support complex SAP ABAP programs including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop enhancements using User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Points, and Customer Exits.
• Create and maintain SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.
• Develop and expose OData services for UI5/Fiori applications.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate in S/4HANA migration and implement best practices for modern ABAP programming.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Proficient in ABAP Objects, ALV, BAPIs, BADIs, IDOCs, and Data Dictionary.
• Strong experience with SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and enhancement frameworks.
• Good understanding of SAP Modules like SD, MM, FI, or PP.
• Experience with OData, SAP Gateway, and Fiori/UI5 integration.
• Experience in SAP Business Workflows
• Exposure to S/4HANA and new programming paradigms such as CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP model.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Ability to handle complex development independently and in coordination with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification:

• A minimum bachelor's degree is required.
• SAP certification is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and cloud integration is an advantage.
