Student Visa Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and their families on visa requirements, eligibility, and the overall visa process.
• Guide students in preparing the required documentation for visa applications.
• Review application forms and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Track application status and follow up with students and authorities as needed.
• Conduct mock visa interviews and provide training on interview techniques.
• Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and embassy guidelines.
• Liaise with admission and documentation teams to ensure seamless student support.
• Maintain case files, internal records, and CRM system updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in student visa counselling.
• In-depth knowledge of visa requirements for one or more countries (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills—spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.
• Good command over MS Office and documentation tools.
