Smash Targets – Meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals. Smart Selling – Manage leads effectively, build rapport with doctors, and close deals. Effective Counseling – Understand course offerings and resolve queries professionally. Personalized Pitching – Adapt your conversation based on the doctor’s profile and interests. Customer Support – Follow up for documents, assist with queries, and provide after-sales support. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Sales/Marketing background is a bonus). Experience: 0–2 years in sales, customer support, or counseling. Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus). Skills: Excellent communication, confidence in speaking to doctors, relationship-building, and strong pitching ability.
