Job Description

Designation: Student Support Executive

NOTE - Must be UPSC aspirant

Working Days - 6days

Working Hours - 9 hours

Experience : 1 - 3 Years

KRA in order of importance:

1. Resolving student's issues through email and over the phone.

2. Keeping online records and maintaining the data of students' requests

3. Handling concerns related to batch shift, mode shift, batch transfer, course transfer, refund, online access, contact details update, session transfer cases, and center change.

4. Coordinating with different teams and centers to resolve student concerns

5. Issuing permission cards to students

6. Sending login credentials or group link to all newly enrolled students on a daily basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
