Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Kochi. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in relation to their career goals and educational paths. Daily tasks will include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, answering student queries, providing information on various educational programs, and assisting with application processes. The counselor will also be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining effective communication with students and their families.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in the Education sector
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field
