Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at UniSkill, located in Indore. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them develop academic and career plans, and addressing their personal and social concerns. The role involves conducting individual and group counseling sessions, developing personalized action plans, and collaborating with other educational professionals to ensure student success.

Qualifications

• Experience in counseling, academic advising, and career planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and educational professionals
• Experience in developing and implementing action plans
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
