Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master s preferred). 0-2 years of experience in telecom tower design or structural engineering. Proficiency in design and analysis tools (STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, MS Office). Strong knowledge of tower design standards and safety codes. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
