Position: Structural CAD Draftsman Experience: 4–7years Overview: We are looking for a skilled Structural CAD Draftsman with a strong background in preparing detailed structural drawings and documentation for building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of international structural detailing standards and practices. Familiarity with Revit Structure and BIM workflows will be a significant advantage. If you're detail-oriented, technically sound, and passionate about structural drafting, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed structural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and connection details, with minimal supervision. Interpret and translate engineering markups, sketches, and specifications into CAD drawings. Produce GA drawings, reinforcement detailing, and schedules as per project requirements. Ensure all drawings are compliant with company and project standards, including applicable codes and client specifications. Maintain version control and proper organization of drawing files and documentation. Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and revisions during construction phases. Ensure timely delivery of drawing packages in line with project schedules. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering. 4–6 years of proven experience in structural drafting, preferably in buildings and infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; working knowledge of Revit Structure is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of structural systems including concrete, steel, wood, and masonry. Experience in preparing reinforcement detailing. Familiarity with international design standards such as ACI, BS, or Eurocodes. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality assurance in drawings. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. Good communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
