The Storyline Developer is responsible for creating engaging and interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and video editing software.
This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and project stakeholders to design and develop digital learning experiences that align with organizational goals.
Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and HR teams to create interactive training content.
Ensure courses align with industry regulations, corporate policies, and legal standards.
Develop quizzes, simulations, and interactive scenarios to enhance learner engagement.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize course functionality across multiple platforms.
Stay updated on best practices in instructional design, compliance training, and e-learning technologies.
Maintain and update learning content to reflect changes in laws and regulations.
Generate reports on training effectiveness and learner progress.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
