Clinic Operations:Supporting the store manager with the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including tasks like maintaining shift rosters, tracking footfall, and managing inventory. Team Support:Assisting the store manager in ensuring smooth clinic functioning, potentially including coordinating with doctors, coaches, and the backend team. Customer Interaction:Providing support during consultations and scalp tests. Reporting and Inventory:Tracking footfall, maintaining MIS reports, and ensuring proper inventory management. Skills and Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail, wellness, or healthcare. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with tech-based processes, including app usage and CRM. Education: A Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred. Analytical Skills: Basic knowledge of excel and google sheets is helpful.
