Your role will include managing inventory, training and motivating a passionate team, handling customer interactions with warmth and professionalism, and implementing retail loss prevention practices. Your leadership will drive both the team and the store’s success while maintaining an inspiring and efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven retail management experience, ideally in fashion or luxury handcrafted products
