Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Jodhpur. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, managing store staff, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. Additionally, the Store Manager will be tasked with maintaining inventory levels, ensuring the store's visual merchandising standards, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in Store Management and overseeing daily operations Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices Leadership and team management abilities Proficient in using retail management software High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree Must speak English and Hindi Language.
