Store Manager

We have an urgent hiring requirement for the position of Store Head of Department (HOD).

Experience :- Minimum 8 Years

Designation: Store HOD Reporting: Plant Head

· RM, BO, Packaging procurement Planning with respect to schedule & monitoring optimum stock level.

· Reconciliation RM, BOP, Packaging (CG box, Polybag, Foam etc.) on defined interval of time & control.

· Coordinate with plant team for zero downtime for shortage of RM, BOP & Packaging Material (procurement on time.) & premium Freight.

· Coordinate with Supplier for supply concerns, Supplier monitoring & new supplier development activity.

· Scrap Material management & reconciliation, Disposal on time.

· RM & BOP Store management with defined standard procedure & work instructions effectively.

· TNI identification & imparting training to for up gradation of skill level of purchase & Store team.

· Management & allocation of manpower for material feeding on time, loading unloading activities.

· Monitoring & tracking shelf life parts consumption as per the defined standard with record effectively.

· Min & Maximum level monitoring of RM, BOP, Import material tracking.

· Procurement of consumable items and additional parts on window timing.

· Continuous improvement activity involvement i.e. monthly kaizen submission, Cost saving projects, Poka Yoke Identification.

· Maintaining 5S on a defined zone with defined standard.

· Maintaining the IATF 16949 & EHS requirements with record for respective process i.e. Readiness & facing internal ,process, customer audits.

· Closing the nonconformities observed in the manufacturing process during internal & external audits within the time line & maintaining the defined standard.

· Maintaining & submission of MIS/ MRM data , monitoring with respect to targets & initiating action if deviates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹43,132.96 per month
