Store Executive

We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Executive to manage inventory, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure efficient store operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining accurate stock records while ensuring timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory records (stock inward/outward).
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and categorization of materials.
• Coordinate with vendors for material deliveries and documentation.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verifications.
• Prepare and share stock reports with management.
• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when needed.
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) method for perishable goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area.
• Issue materials to departments as per requirement.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for GRN and billing.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle stock audits and documentation accurately.
• Problem-solving attitude and time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
