Location :- Mandi, Gobindghar, -Punjab Objectives of this role Conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls, risk management systems and operational processes. Assessing and ensuring the companys compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies in India. Providing management with accurate and timely reports on financial audit findings, including recommendations for improvement. Giving independent and objective assessments of the organisations operations, financial statements and internal controls. Proposing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and identifying other areas of improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies. Your tasks Plan and execute audit engagements, including data analysis and testing. Review financial statements and supporting documentation. Evaluate internal control systems and ensure adherence to applicable Indian laws. Perform risk assessments and internal control evaluations and detect discrepancies. Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activities or financial irregularities. Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders and shareholders. Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits and regulatory compliance assessments. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and execute remedial actions. Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.
