Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head - Gold Loan at Home at The Muthoot Group, located in South Delhi. The State Head will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring Gold Loan @ Home target achievement (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually)
  • Develope & Drive Sales Strategies for setting up and scaling up Loan@Home Business
  • Responsible for Business Development and the Portfolio Management for the gold Loan@Home Business for the assigned Zones
  • Coordination with Regional offices, Branches & Loan@Home team for Business generation
  • Team Management & Team Productivity (time to time trainings)
This role will involve regular visits to branches, team management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing strategies for business growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of service in the BFSI industry
  • Must possess good communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Should have good team management skills and driving them for business target achievement.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, Management graduates (MBA) will be preferred.
