Travel: Travel extensively to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities. Be open to traveling across the country as required to fulfill job responsibilities. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the staffing/recruitment industry.
