Job Description Are you a frontend wizard with the ability to turn pixels into magic V-Comply, a fast-growing GRC SaaS company, is seeking a talented staff Frontend Magician to join our team. As a key member, you will collaborate with the product team to craft elegant user experiences that captivate and delight our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining systems that empower customers to manage their critical compliance and regulatory tasks seamlessly. Your duties will include working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, partnering with fellow engineers to architect and scale the VComply dashboard, and mentoring and supporting your teammates. Additionally, you will drive efficiency and reliability enhancements, ensuring the continual improvement of system quality. Your role will also involve writing clear documentation to facilitate collaboration among engineers and enable successful project delivery. Qualifications Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Over 6 years of frontend engineering experience, with a strong emphasis on modern web frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including building responsive and accessible web applications. - Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or NgRx. - Experience with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, etc. - Understanding of CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less. - Knowledge of server-side rendering techniques and tools such as Next.js or Nuxt.js. - Proficient in version control systems like Git or SVN. - Familiarity with web security principles and techniques such as CORS, CSRF, or XSS. - Previous exposure to agile methodologies and software development best practices including code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD. - Experience with frontend performance optimization tools like Webpack Bundle Analyzer or Lighthouse. - Strong debugging skills using developer tools in web browsers such as Chrome DevTools, Firefox Developer Edition, or Safari Web Inspector. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with performance monitoring and profiling tools such as New Relic, HotJar, or Sentry. - Familiarity with design systems and related tools like Storybook or Figma. - Proficiency in leading and managing technical teams.
