Staff Nurse

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse with a B.Sc Nursing degree to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient Care: * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. * Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress. 2. Clinical Duties: * Assist in diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and surgeries as required. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. * Ensure infection control protocols and safety standards are followed. 3. Patient Education: * Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. * Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families. 4. Team Collaboration: * Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. * Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives. 5. Compliance and Ethics: * Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards. * Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications: * B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized institution. * Valid nursing license from the Indian Nursing Council (INC) or State Nursing Council. * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting (preferred). * Freshers with strong academic records and internship experience may also apply.
